Poweramp Holo ICS Skin
After installation:
open Poweramp >> press menu => Settings => Theme and select Poweramp Classic Skin.
IMPORTANT: this can be not an application, however a skin package for Poweramp v2.x. therefore no Home screen/Launcher icon is provided.

Replaced all icons within the popup menu
It remains an icon isn't replaced (still cannot replace the icon, however i'll correct it in future)
